Super base for travelling to Thatcham and exploring local places. Welcoming and very polite staff depending on the staff member, tidy suite.

Great central hotel set in the local area. Great value and beautifully decorated rooms with comfy beds, a work desk, multi-channel TV, and a dining area. Ideal location and right by a railway station. ...  

The units were tastefully decorated and neat with breakfast. The location is great and unbeatable in a pretty nice area, right by trains running throughout the night, the shops, bars, restaurants, and lovely and...  

It was right place for overnight stay. The rooms were nicely decorated and neat here with a coffee as well as good size bathroom. The setting of hotel was particularly good and perfect, right next to the station the pub is very pretty....  

The breakfast was very very good and included. I interacted with the nice staff. The location was perfect - next to Newbury racecourse, restaurant, and the train station and river.

Everything was very comfortable, breakfast was adequate and satisfactory. All of the staff was amazing friendly and attentive to guests. The breakfast had a lot of good food and drinks. The location for Thatcham was handy, short walk to the canal, train station and houses being built, and trains running throughout the night. Also, we were only 10 minutes drive to The Nature Discovery Centre.

The hotel had ideal, convenient location, we were near a train station. The staff was amicable and outstandingly accommodating, the breakfast offered was good with plenty of food.

All in all - had a good 1 night stay. The staff were amicable and outstandingly accommodating and the location was perfect on the outside seating area. It was also so close to train line & level crossing as well as the beer garden at the front of the premises. On-site restaurant Swan was a bonus, had dinner there.

Great value for money units with bedside tables or a seat, good size bathroom, a coffee, and the staff were extremely friendly.

Modern good central property with amazing friendly staff depending on the staff member. Adequate breakfast to star a day with yogurts, poached egg, orange juice. Handy, ideal location right by the main train line which had trains running throughout the night. Also - really close to the Railway Station, and the shops, bars, restaurants.

The room was cosy, warm, and spacious. Plenty of storage space and essential amenities provided such as Dove soap, tea, coffee, and biscuits. Wall-mounted TV was a nice addition.
